It's a scam from the Canadian gvt. They charge you expensive fees, give you some kind of working visa but your degrees aren't valid, so you end up with a slave job if you can ever find one. They use to do that kind of ads targeting french students 10 years ago. It's on par with porn ads targeting low IQ tards "I'm a hot girl who can't find some real guy who can fuck me like a slut". Only naive white middle class french fall for that crap.
