Japanese seem very lawful, but when you piss them off they seem to be able to show a lot of solidarity for each other.

Jin Ro is a wonderful IP that tries to mirror Japanese attitude towards american foreign occupation through a fantasy alt-hist german occupation.

Do it, it is VERY relevant to the topic you were discussing in OP.
The personal relationships there as well are interesting as well as the internal conflict within the main character.
Can you go back to normal even after you've done horrible, unspeakable things?
I won't spoil it, watch the film.
Elijah Thomas
high iq populations are peaceful in the sense they have low crime that results from low impulse control (in fact race in one of the best preditors of how violent a place is in the US)
political and ideological protests/riots are quite different, though. They will overall behave better than a pack of niggers looting and burning things, but during times of confrontation with police it can get pretty violent as we have seen in Hong Kong a few years ago and he example OP posted
Easton Perez
Protests against government isn't even unique to Japan especially during the Cold War.
You need to stop being obsessed with Japan and focus on your own country.
This user is correct.

You will never be Japanese.

You will never be white.

Japanese people don’t like weebs. In japan, otaku is an insult and people who watch anime are seen as socially unfit losers.
Colton Ortiz
I've only ever seen the anime film. Are any of the other films/media worth checking out?
Jackson Foster
manga is good. other films (japanese) I haven't seen. I know the korean one is a full adaptation (transplanted to korea in modern time) and it does some big changes in the plot. I dunno if it's the same
Isaiah Wood
Good thing then that the main topic of this thread isn't anime. Might want to stick to it then.

Where can I buy this?
Nicholas Parker
Fair, will check them out. Thanks.

The Jew is actually right, .... watch Jin-Roh. It's top tier Kino, whatever the message is, like Akira or the first Ghost in the Shell movie. It's a must watch.
