My issues with cities are not these. Cities are relatively white here and if you aren't retarded can be quite affordable. They are clean and low crime + walkable

Those qualities, but in the form of towns would be better. Something like American small rural towns; a compact but busy downtown on a grid maybe half a dozen streets on each side, surrounded by typical housing, mix of SFH/quadplexes/cottage courts, dense enough and laid out well enough that the residents can bike downtown in 10-15 minutes max. Ideally connected to larger cities by rail and the train station is downtown.
To me it's about finding that sweetspot. Small-town populations in more compact infrastructure get to have most of the strengths of city life and rural life while ditching most of the weaknesses of either, and avoiding all the pitfalls of suburbia.
