Yes. Starlink is a threat to us because we've subhumans in our country (Kashmiris) whose internet needs to be locked down or they begin plotting gatherings to cause large scale riots/violence. If Starlink tries to prevent that, we'll have to shoot down Elon's sattlelites to prevent further escalation of violence. I was just discussing this with my professor (I'm graduating in Missile Technology).

this is the threat starlink poses to any country: elon wants unrestricted internet access for all, which by definition will include terrorists, separatists, etc in every country. elon is heavily in bed with the us military industrial complex so all our adversarial countries should rightfully be alarmed that america will weaponize this technology against them while still suppressing dissent in our own country. these other countries will have no way to stop subversives from communicating EXCEPT for going after the free-internet starlink satellites. they wont have any other recourse but to attack the satellites to stop the dissenters from organizing.

that would work for geosynchronous satellites (that stay in a relatively fixed place above earth) but not for others
