Yesterday I gorged myself on cherries directly bfrom the tree and didn't bother spitting the pits out but instead I swallowed them I must have swallowed a few hundred cherri pits. How bad is this will they get stuck in the stomach or intestine and cause blockage, this morning while pooping I didn't feel them coming out?

OP, cherry pits contain cyanide. eating enough cracked cherry pits is known to kill you from cyanide poisoning. however, the ones you ate were largely in-tact (not cracked) and therefore you probably can't digest them to get the cyanide dose.

Poison is released only if the hard shell that protects the seed is cracked. It is to prevent animals from eating and destroying the seed. Animals that destroy the seed are removed from the gene pool.
