For me, it's the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich. I even ask for extra McChicken sauce packets and the staff is so friendly and more than willing to oblige.

One time I asked for McChicken sauce packets and they gave me three. I said, "Wow, three for free!" and the nice friendly McDonald's worker laughed and said, "I'm going to call you 3-for-free!".

Now the staff greets me with "hey it's 3-for-free!" and ALWAYS give me three packets. It's such a fun and cool atmosphere at my local McDonald's restaurant, I go there at least 3 times a week for lunch and a large iced coffee with milk instead of cream, 1-2 times for breakfast on the weekend, and maybe once for dinner when I'm in a rush but want a great meal that is affordable, fast, and can match my daily nutritional needs.

I even dip my fries in McChicken sauce, it's delicious! What a great restaurant.

POL approved dinner:

Buy the frozen tilapia fish or frozen chicken breasts at Walmart. Put them in the fridge the morning you want to make them for dinner. Put oven at 400 and bake fish or chicken breast for 20 minutes. For fish you can buy old bay seasoning and sprinkle on fish with olive oil. For chicken you can put olive oil and sprinkle seasonings on top.

Buy sweet potatoes or regular potatoes. You will want to cook them for an hour. So throw potato onto oven rack. Wait about 40 minutes and then throw in your fish or chicken.

Buy bag of frozen vegetables and cook in microwave in small bowl.

Congrats, you've made a healthy dinner and it wasn't that hard.

And the occasional periods of keto and fasting.

Vitamins and minerals are a meme. By far the most important diet consideration is the quality and amount of carbs, fats, and proteins you’re putting into your body. The next most important thing is fiber.

I don't know if there is defined diet. Taking a direct deposit from the sphincter if someone like Posobiec is a staple for sure, but if they're in the mood for Chinese they'll slurp down some of Chong's creampie from Andy Ngo's ravaged asshole.
