1 The wages of sin is eternal torture, eternal separation from God, or eternal never-ending death.
2 Jesus died on the cross for your sins , he paid the debt in full as a sin offering.
3 Jesus was not tortured forever, or dead forever, or separated from God forever.
4 Ergo the wages of sin is not eternal never-ending torture, eternal never-ending death, or eternal never-ending separation from God. If anyone of these things was the wages of sin Jesus could NEVER rise again from the dead, if eternal torment is the wages of sin Jesus would still be on that cross to this day, if eternal death is the wages of sin Jesus could never be raised back to life, and if the wages of sin is eternal separation from God, Jesus could never return to the Father in heaven. All 3 deny the death, entombment and resurrection 3 days and nights later of Jesus. All 3 deny the atonement of Jesus on that cross. All that happened is that Jesus died, that is the wages of sin, to suffer and then die.

If 1 sin = eternal and infinite torture this would be impossible

Notice he did not just pay them according to their sins but paid them DOUBLE! And it still was not forever, eternal or everlasting !

And these are not just the sins of 1 person but a nations!

If the lake of fire is not forever, Satan will have no place to stay for eternity.
Poor thing would just have to come back to earth, I suppose.

and the person being tortured forever must still have his sins on him ergo his sins have not been taken away

a kid throws his baseball through the neighbors window

the Father pays the neighbor for the window

he then beats the kid

what was the purpose of the beating, to pay for the window? no, but to discipline the kid

so to likewise with us

our sins have been paid for
yet God still disciplines us (he does this to christians, paul said so himself)

so to he will do with the world

their sins have been paid for (this is good news!)

and yet he will discipline them (for their greater good, no discipline when it is being experiences is pleasant! )

The blood of Jesus can and WILL save the evil angels (this is why the body of Christ goes to heaven, to reach out to them, while Israel ministers to those on earth)

How are all things in heaven going to gather to Jesus when 1/3 of heaven and 99% of all humanity are burning in hell forever?

user is Moses God?

in the bible there are verses where Jesus is called God but does that mean what you think it does?

In Exodus 7:1 God makes Moses a elohim to pharaoh , a lot of translations put the word "like" in front of the word god, buts it not there in the hebrew, God did not make moses like a god to pharaoh, God made moses a god unto pharaoh, Moses was made the subjector of Pharaoh. If you are in subjection you have to obey. Since Pharaoh was in subjection to Moses, Pharaoh in the end always had to yield to Moses requests. Moses had power over Pharaoh given to him by God. Here is a hyper literal reading of Exodus 7:1

Exodus 7:1 CVOT
Yahweh said to Moses: See, I appoint you [an] elohim to Pharaoh; and Aaron, your brother, shall come to be your prophet.

so said Yahweh to Moses See I have made you [as] God (elohim) to Pharaoh and Aaron your brother shall be your prophet

So God can appoint someone, a human, to be a elohim, over another human. God the Father has made Jesus god over all mankind.

Also God made Moses a eloheim to his brother Aaron, meaning he was in charge of Aaron. The word "an" in verse 16 is not in the Hebrew.It just says you shall become elohim for him.

Exodus 4:15-17
15 + You will speak to him and place `the words in his mouth. And
I´ shall come to be with your mouth and with his mouth, and I
will direct `both of you `as to wwhat you shall do. 16 +So he´ will
speak for you to the people; + it will come to be that he´ shall
become > a mouth for you, and you´ shall become > an elohim
for him. 17 And `.this .rod shall you take in your hand iwith which
you shall do `the signs

Also notice this, is Moses one person or 3 persons? Is Moses one being or 3 beings. The idea that well elohim is plural, therefore God must be 3 persons one being does not follow. Here is a 1 person 1 being man and he is made elohim both over his brother and Pharoah.

Exodus 21:6
Then his master shall bring him unto the judges[haelohim]; he shall also bring him to the door, or unto the door post; and his master shall bore his ear through with an aul; and he shall serve him for ever.

The judges in the days of Moses were called gods (haelohim), why because they work for God and have God's authority and are his agents.

And who is the ultimate judge of humanity? Jesus.

"do you not know the saints will judge the world"-Paul (1 Corinthians 6:2)

Now if the saints are to be judges and judges are called gods in the bible, then the saints are going to become gods (meaning they will have authority over others, and since we are to judge, and justice is to set things right, then we will be setting things right on earth)!

John 10:34-36
34Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? 35If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken; 36Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?

Now since the saints are judges, and judges are gods, does that mean the saints are God?

Also, I want to add, people read New Revelation into the old testament all the times. Yes the New Testament applies Psalm 2:7 to Jesus, however when this verse was written David was talking about himself. Just read on to psalm 3 and you will see that David is talking about himself. He is the king in Psalm 2. The book of Psalms is 5 scrolls combined together . Anyhow Psalm ch2 and Psalm ch3 are still the same Psalm. The chapter divisions were added hundreds (in this case over 1000 years) after this Psalm was written. Jews before Jesus, when reading Psalm 2 did not think, the son here was Jesus but David (and of course they would, Jesus had not been born yet, so how could they know him?).

Psalm 45:6
Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: the sceptre of thy kingdom is a right sceptre.

People read this and think about Jesus, and yes Hebrews does talk about Jesus using this verse, but what about when this verse was first written? Read all of Psalm 45, there is an actual Davidic king here getting married who is called god. Did the Israelites when reading this before Jesus think that the Davidic King was actually God incarnate? God in the flesh? Or did they just think he was working for God and thus carried his name and worked for him and was his agent.

So to repeat
Moses was a god
A Davidic King (not Jesus) was called god
The judges of Israel were called gods
Heck even Satan is called a god in the new Testament (the god of this age 2 Cor 4:4)

In the bible, various beings who are NOT God the father are called a god or gods.

God can mean two things:

1 The ultimate supreme being.
2 A powerful being, sometimes a human kings or kings, other times demons or angels, etc, or someone who has authority over others (Moses and Pharaoh)

So in other words god (elohim) can be a rank of Status or power.
