Now it seems ruskies gathered troops on south - eastern and north-eastern sides and are just shelling the fuck out of ukro positions. Are ruskies gonna just shell ukros until they run out of ammo / weapons and then proceed with taking over more territory? If yes, what is the objective? Making Ukraine landlocked, taking Kiev, or maybe whole Ukraine?

If official statements to be believed (after filtering them through common sense a little), the objective is destroying ukraine miltary and forcing them to make promises to not have an army and not join any alliances (so basically what Israel did to Lebanon). LNR and DNR go independent, Crimea stays with Russia.
Other land gains by Russia are irrelevant and it's debatable if they even do more good than bad for Russia if they are occupied.
