Economy crashing

Anyone else here never going to own a home? What should I do with my life since I'll never own anything? I am free to do whatever I want. You decide.

what makes you laugh funny man? even if you get a mortgage and buy a house, you pay property taxes forever. hint: if you stop paying the taxes you lose the property you dont own shit you're just renting from the city.

Oh yeah for sure everything is normal now this is how the rest of your life is gonna be, things definitely aren't going to keep getting worse before they get much much worse

do whatever the fuck you want, you don't have a life, you were born too late for such things

Real estate crashes slower than everything else. Reassess the market in like 18 months before you decide to end it all

>Anyone else here never going to own a home?
i have owned a home since 1998. Paid it off in 2017. Not all of us here are poor young incels.

the fed has to keep the housing market afloat or else the economy will correct itself and we'd slide into a worldwide depression

It won't crash unless somebody decides to build millions upon millions of houses and give them away for free. Same over here in bongland

The market is experiencing a dead cat bounce. You will be able to get a home within a year

Kill politicians both sides

the dead cat bounce has been denied. we went too high today. today was the make or break day. we are not going to crash. the fed has ensured to prevent that by cutting their rate hikes. we wont go to 3.5, but rather 2.75.

My area is having crazy high development rates right now

I don't understand how everyone else is doing it. Constantly wearing brand new clothes, constantly getting different cars, haircuts, hobbies, going out to restaurants.

I'm 28 and work full time. Probably won't have a decent deposit until the end of the year. Is everyone just renting and pretending to own a place? I seriously have no idea how they do it.

Supply issues persist because the bubble has gone so hard for so long. When RE really goes to shit all these reverse-mortage boomers etc will be begging you to buy their homes for pennies on the dollar.

Markets going down. I put shorts into it I'm that confident.

I can't speak for America but it's incredibly hard to get a mortgage in the UK since 2008 and we have a genuine shortage of available homes for first time buyers. Government will never allow for development on green belt land and it is in their best interests not to do anything drastic that will sink the property market due to rich people, pensions, voters and so on. The only action they will take is to gradually build more council houses to be rented out on the cheap

my entire portfolio is in puts right now.

Fool! Devalued dollar, debt in the depths, rates lower than iq of an communist, derivatives in hundreds of trillions, etc. You can't print prosperity, thus this kike market will dump hard, even though they may want you to think it ain't so, but do not let them fool you for all they need you for is to hold their bag and part with your last penny on the way down.

A full blown house may be unobtainable now, but their are still a lot of blooming semi-rural areas with an urban town square, that have outskirts where you can find employment, AND a trailor home for 120K on an acre or two and do whatever you want on them.

F*CK NORTHERN K*KES. LONG LIVE THE SOUTH BOYS!

Remember their are installment payment plans.

You realise that the fed can keep printing endlessly right? Most countries still hold and use US dollars. We could be another 10 years away from catastrophe

>ordered some groceries delivered from Food Hole the other day.
>It asked if I wanted to finance the purchase over the next six months
how indeed

maybe send all your poos and pakis back to the shitholes whence they've crawled. the decreased demand should fix both your housing and neet problems
