alt-right was a term that was coined by /t_d during the primaries because they wanted a term that demonstrated a new wing of the right that wasn't necessarily so religious focused but more focused on putting the US first. when clinton's kike internet bots found this out, they noticed spencer coined the term like 6 years earlier or whatever and they conflated the two as a wrap up smear
