They were outnumbered by several hundreds of millions, ran out of resources like rubber, just like the Japs with oil, ect.. and from the start knew they could only win a quick victory. Just like the Japs in saying they could run wild for 6 months, but if it wasn't done by then, they'd lose. They knew they were going to lose probably by 43. Just made them do desperate stuff in the mid game, to try to force nations out of the war.

I'm not sure what you mean by they had no attrition, their war economy was limited since they had no natural resources like the vast empires Germany was fighting, US and USSR had unlimited resources and for example could use high quality fuel when Germany couldn't but still it took years to turn the tide of war, many economists of the time agreed that what Hitler did in Germany was nothing short of a economic miracle

you're actually right, but they were decent and not at all the worst army. They suffered from Hitlers micromanagement and logistical issues. They had a crappy economy design as well as too many different types of vehicles and parts. It wasnt streamlined
