I'm 27, been working since I was 20 and been accused of being indecisive for moving onto my 3rd job. Just trying to chase better money and something that isn't dead end.

I never hire millennials, and always skip that generation and go straight to zoomers. Millennials are rarely worth the hassle. Zoomers are cheaper and far less trouble.

the previous firm that i worked at that was taken over by jews began doing this. the retards were cheaper but did worse quality work, but because the government kickbacks were in effect, the newly hired retards were getting paid more than employees who had been there for 5+ years. it was absolutely fucked, so glad I got the fuck out, jews ruin everything it seems.

Because boomers could get a stable job out of highschool that payed well, they could buy a house and car with that same job at like 22, work at the same comfy job for 40 years and retire with massive wealth. You simply can't do that anymore and corporations now expect you do to work more while paying less, and with inflation up the ass young people are desperate for better jobs so if any job pays a bit more or has better work environment they won't hesitate to change.

I'm sick of boomers bragging about how hard they worked and use retarded examples such as, not using respirator when spray painting or ear protection. Millenial nurse here. I change my job every two years just to take extra 4,5k when going to new job at city/state owned hospital. Its good money since i work 3 months for 5k and getting 4,5k just for making new contract for 1-2 years is good. I have changed my job 4 times and currently im 6 months without job living as NEET but going to work soon. Last boss even asked me why did i changed my job so many times and i told him this reason so she knew i would work here only for two years. Since hospitals are always understaffed they always take me in. I founf many of my boomer co-workers are angry at millenial nurses because we dont want to work full time and many of us take part time jobs or leave once unit goes to shit. Many times they take more hours/days to fill gap we make in schedule. I imagine we cost them more money. My past boomer co-workers are seething because im NEET at home for 6 months and they know once i get back to work i get paid like three of their salaries just for taking contract.
