Yes, but grenade launchers are covered under the National Firearms Act as “destructive devices”. They require registration, a $200 tax, and a waiting period while the ATF drags their feet on paperwork. As for the grenades for them, you can get the orange cheesy poof chalk rounds, though they're grossly expensive, and various other inert crap, but the HEDP rounds are, for all intents and purposes, illegal.

Yep. I've looked into buying a tank, basically the same thing. I'm shocked not more americans have tanks. They aren't that expensive. Only 32,000-87,000$ depending on how large you want, granted I was looking around election time.

You can buy practically anything if you are willing to lie prone on the ground before the throne of the ATF and hold up a fistful of cash in tribute. Thee is a legal process to own "dangerous devices" but the ATF basically rapes you with unannounced spot checks and licenses.
