Iodine is a vital nutrient that almost everyone is deficient in. I have only recently learned that a fungal infection I have had in various parts of my body for two decades is likely caused by that. A drop of iodine a day on the toenail and it already seems to be clearing up. Nasty yellow color is gone. Seems to be getting smoother too.
