Women literally don't understand respect. They also don't actually know mercy. Both male concepts not actually included in female experience.
This is why women think "respect women" can be a thing. It is only organically earned and can't be commanded. Conflict for women involves social exclusion or if physical has escalated to a very bad spot and may be to the death. Mercy never enters. Men need mercy because serious conflict is part of navigating the highrarchy, but you need the group in tact to repel invading groups.
