It's called a shooter with an absolute goal in mind. With the ambition to shoot up a school as effectively as he did, he could've done something much more better for society instead. It was a tranny, so honestly it probably just thought of doing the worse thing it could think of instead of just offing itself. When someone is determined enough, they can accomplish things that seem difficult. The only defense against this shooter is to have 6-10 armed guards at a school, that are mentally prepared at all times to take a shooter down. This might be what happens, because it's either do that and deteriorate/darken the environment of a school, or risk kids getting shot.
For example, just look at TSA after 9/11. Government took measures to make sure that shit is literally impossible. That's what's next.

Guns aren't going to be rid of. The simple mention of getting rid of guns is just a political talking point to get people religiously behind an impossible task. The government and politicans know that guns are going nowhere.
