When you get off this site and realize that you should find out what you want and do it.
>but I'm too old
So what? You can only get better from here on out, make some goals and get to work.
>I'm too tired
Well wake the fuck up then

One day you'll be 80 reflecting on this time in your life. At least make that reflection a happy one. The regrets people have in life are 99% the things they didn't do ie giving up.

you dont get it, ive done everything i want

but is this all?

Keep going. Find something that makes you happy. There's no way you have no desire to do something you haven't done/develop yourself further. But no matter what, don't give up and keep fighting.

It just keeps getting worse.

You already had the good part. Now it's only downhill.

This is where the bad part actually begins.

It's downhill from 25. Happy birthday user.

Just smoke to weed, play some Elden Ring and stfu

You're the master of your own happiness. Perhaps you just need to put it into another perspective?

Only if you are a women. Men peak at around 36 Labour market and on the sexual market if they steadily improve their self

Human goals are split into two categories: the "how" and the "why".

The former is the question "how should I do x". It assumes that you already have a goal and are plotting its efficient execution.
>How should I buy groceries? I need a job. So how should I find a job? I need a CV. So how should I get a good CV? etc etc
It's an endless chain of tasks and questions related to the optimization of your inborn goals, such as surviving, getting fed and having sex.

Now the problem with many people is that they live such busy and competitive lives that they dedicate their entire energy towards living in the space of the first question, of the "how". And they never ask themselves, "but why?".

The "why" question is the one where you ask "why should I do this?". The optimization of this question is no longer about execution, about the active accumulation of money and sex and friends and careers, but about the optimization of your greater trajectory of your existence as a sapient being. It's your grand plan. It's the thing that you put on top of everything else and let it dictate your moralities, philosophies, politics, and all the other "how" questions that are subject to it.

Whenever someone is depressed, excluding extreme cases like losing a limb or a family member, that depression will always stem from inability to create a "why" motive and wasting your time chasing aimless "how" objectives. Yes you will get the job, the money, the apartment, the car, the girlfriend and the friends, but your brain will still be unable to assign any value to it because you never believed in it to begin with. It just came with the territory with being a human, you just "had to do it to get by" but you never really thought about it, you never asked "why?".

p.s I'm also in my 30s and I cannot feel depression or nihilism anymore. I've spent my entire life asking "why" questions and I'm pretty used to dealing with everything as long as the "why" is consistent.

What if you lost you career to the mandates and are now working an entry level position at 33?
Asking for a fren.

Ngl this is a pretty high IQ post.

I don't think he's gonna see the light in the end of tunnel. But the best he can do is suck it up and start over.

At 30 or 31

What kind of field you work in? Now it would be the perfect chance to get some extra qualification's since you don’t ditch a high position for the time getting that qualifications

when i ask why me and why like this, i get no reply.
just a meaningless existence without reason

44 here. Nothing ever happens.

As soon as there are no more Trump rallies. Much as I want an end to the bullshit, only when the rallies stop will we know that something will actually happen. Think about it: what's the point of rallying to win an election you don't intend to run in, or even an election that is not supposed to happen due to military intervention?
