decent way of putting it. whites and blacks are targeting eachother explicitly and only mentioned when whites do it. there are widespread attempts to interfere with the political process and a whole host of things you'd consider belligerent if another state did it so yeah. but calling it cold civil war wouldnt be that far off from a mob rule in a democratic system. In many ways, democracy is just managed violence, re-directed into spectacles of unity. There are always parts of society that would be at war if some system wasn't there to diffuse that potential. When the management breaks down or becomes too corrupt/incompetent, those parts of society do what they wanted to do all along. Now they've imported people so racially, intellectually, and genetically incompatible into white countries -- they've packed them with more dynamite. Diversity is literally a bomb.

that's what I was getting at. Tim Pool doesn't see that these things can take many decades to unfold. I can actually imagine the Diverse Peoples Republic of California lobbing a nuke at Texas like in a Handmaids Tale. Balkanization wont happen with the destructive capabilities the US has. Maybe lots of warlords appear or whatnot when the systems of government eventually break down but you still have labs with smallpox and nasty bugs that can wipe out entire countries, so I think that the party with the will to use those things eventually forms a truly despotic state in the end. might happen in our lifetimes if the whole vaxx + economic armageddon occurs.

If any part of the world collapsed that way, such that regional hegemonies spring up out of former empires -- if any continental or great power in the world still exists elsewhere at that time -- it would likely invade the "balkanizers" and turn them into a colony, satrapy, tribune, etc. The world is too resource thirsty to allow people go fight among themselves for long after the empire or federation they once belonged to breaks down.

We've been in one since 1945:
1) 1945-1960: jew consolidation of cultural ppower
2) 1960-1980: with the schools subverted, hot, but unavowed cultural war against white civilization.
3) 1980-2010: the cultural rot of whites is used to shift power to golems
4) 2010-present: golems are mobilised in overt physical suppression of whites, and power structures are used to intimidate whites away from uprising. Because the 1980-2010 stage conditioned whites, uprising is shy and sporadic.
5) 2018-??: the war is hot, there is no pretense anymore, but there is still no white response. This relies entirely on white demoralization, supranational conglomerates, and internal traitors.

There hasn't been much of a white response since the early industrial revolution. The world wars sort of ended the era of white rebellion and revolution against the system; the system is much better now at managing whites.
