Should the World Health Organization Pandemic Treaty be passed, in the event of a proclaimed pandemic the WHO would supersede the domestic CDC of everyone of the 194 member states, thus giving WHO the authority to:
▪ Investigate epidemics within countries,
▪ Recommend or even require border closures,
▪ Potentially recommend travel restrictions on individuals,
▪ Impose measures recommended by WHO which, based on Covid-19 experience, may include ‘lockdowns,’ prevention of employment, disruption of family life and internal travel, and mandated masks and vaccination,
▪ Involve non-state actors (e.g., private corporations) in data gathering and predictive modeling to influence and guide pandemic responses; and in implementing, including providing commodities for the response;
▪ Impose censorship through control of, or restrictions on, information the WHO considers to be ‘mis-information’ or ‘dis-information’, which may include criticism of the measures WHO imposes.
WHO – WHO.... Man why is it always Owls with these guys? Amiright.....?
Gotta wait a few months
>ALWAYS DO OPPOSITE OF WHAT WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION SAYS
Bizzarely no one in America gave a fuck what the WHO said prior to 2020 then somehow all of a sudden they are all important
JUST THE COVID CULTISTS
ORANGE MAN WANTED TO DEFUND THEM FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE
REMEMBER WHEN THAT GUY REFUSED TO ACKNOWLEDGE TAIWAN IS A COUNTRY
THE WHO IS FULL OF COMMIE CHINESE AGENTS
ITS WHY THEY FUDGED COVID INVESTIGATION TO APPEASE CHINA
In actuality if you think back, WHO was incessantly attacked by right wingers for not taking covid seriously enough
Now once again we are in a thread where presumably a right winger is backdoor attacking the WHO for not creating monkeypox hysteria
Also btw. Nearly no country recognizes Taiwan as a country, including America and all of Europe, and the UN. read up on the topic. they all officially consider it part of one china. So it's a little weird to attack WHO for having the same policy as everyone else but politically expedient to help up a COVID 19 hysteria about the WHO covering for China
>It's a rittre weild to attack za WHO fo having za same poricy as evelyone erse
How the fuck do they already have a vaccine ready to go for this? Didn't the covid one take like a year (when actually you need 7 years of safety data, kek)?
All of this propaganda day in and day out turned me into a Christian
WHO WAS CRITICIZED FOR COVERING FOR CHINA AND ALLOWING COVID TO GET OUT OF CHINA
THE ORANGE MAN LITERALLY NORMALIZED RELATIONS WITH TAIWAN BY ACT OF CONGRESS
TO THE ABSOLUTE SEETHING OF CHINA

[From the U.S. Government Publishing Office]
TAIWAN ALLIES INTERNATIONAL PROTECTION AND ENHANCEMENT INITIATIVE
(TAIPEI) ACT OF 2019
[[Page 134 STAT. 278]]
Public Law 116-135
116th Congress
An Act
To express United States support for Taiwan's diplomatic alliances
around the world.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Taiwan Allies International
Protection and Enhancement Initiative (TAIPEI) Act of 2019''.
SEC. 2. DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS WITH TAIWAN.
(a) Findings.--Congress makes the following findings:
(1) The Taiwan Relations Act of 1979 (Public Law 96-8)
states that it is the policy of the United States ``to preserve
and promote extensive, close, and friendly commercial, cultural,
and other relations between the people of the United States and
the people on Taiwan''.
(2) The Taiwan Relations Act of 1979 states that it is the
policy of the United States ``to maintain the capacity of the
United States to resist any resort to force or other forms of
coercion that would jeopardize the security, or the social or
economic system, of the people on Taiwan''.
(3) Taiwan is a free, democratic, and prosperous nation of
23,000,000 people and an important contributor to peace and
stability around the world.
Monkey pox has been known for 70 years and is a normal eveyday virus in parts of western Africa (which is where most of these people caught it at a festival) so it's not crazy to think they have a vaccine for a 70 year old virus it's, it is a little strange that they are hyping it up as the next COVID though. Very strange.
Capslock faggots never understand that 9 out of 10 people skip the shit they type because reading it is annoying.
Capslock faggots are to Any Forums are what bicyclists are to traffic, trannies are to schools and vegans are to restaurants: a fucking annoying cancer.
What do you mean "get out of china"? Are you a COVID cultist?
Also that does not legally recognize Taiwan as a country, or alter American policy
I'm gonna wait a few months inside.
CHINA WAS VERY UPSET
POLICY WAS ALTERED AT THE DEPARTMENT OF STATE
>NORMALIZATION OF US RELATIONS WITH TAIWAN
CHINA: *SEEEETHING*
WHAT DOES THIS SOUND LIKE TO YOU
>(3) Taiwan is a free, democratic, and prosperous nation
AS OF 2019 ITS UNITED STATES LAW
AND THE WHO BEING CHINESE COMMUNIST SHILLS WAS ADDRESSED DIRECTLY
Donald Trump signs TAIPEI Act to support Taiwan’s international relations
Law aims to strengthen Taiwan’s alliances around the world amid increased Chinese pressure
Addresses clash over Taiwan’s exclusion from World Health Organisation meetings
Remember covid and how they said it's racist to avoid chinks, encouraged to hug them and said wearing masks is anti-social behavior? I remember it very clearly and how they did a 180 on everything.
Is Taiwan a sovereign nation? Or should it be?
It's like despite warning signs of something potentially bad for anons, it's downplayed until it's beyond control where more government control would be necessary.
Uh it's the policy of basically everyone for the last 40 years that Taiwan is part of one china and is not an independent country.
China is serious as a heart attack that it will be reunited and has maintained this from the begining, and would will take significant pain to reunite.
America has zero non nuclear ability to stop them from taking that island off their coast when they want to. America should definitely not attempt to do that, nor do I think you could ever convince Americans to send 100s of thousands or millions of Americans over there to die over some shitty island that's always been part of china
And id wager in 30 years or so given the option of fighting / being flattened or simply joining china, Taiwan will simply join china willingly. They are already highly intertwined economically and culturally
>We believe the data is congruent with the argument that they do the opposite of what they say so they should fall in line with this one!
>Wait.... THEY AREN'T TAKING IT?!?
>Oh, we don't own the IP to the vaccine?
>Well fuck lets just play this one down....
They wait for the RNA vaccine before making it urgent.
do you guys ever wonder why the whole world is in a permanent state of crisis? seems kind of weird doesn't it
that means we definitely get one. it's a common strategy in politics
>say you won't do [thing]
>it's an obvious lie, you will do [thing] and people will be upset that you lied
>but the fact that you mentioned [thing] early on made sure the concept of [thing] already existed in their mind
>so when it happens, they were already primed for it to happen and you do not have to deal with the backlash that would be caused by something completely unexpected
