Anti-ship missiles can hit any target, it's just advanced mid-range missile. Ukraine will have ground based launchers anyway, it's not like they have navy.
Ukraine also has received MLRS but US specifically does not want to give them long range ground-2-ground missile MLRS (like ATACMS). Reason I think is not to upset Russia. Long range here means capability to cause massive damage and carnage to Russian cities withing ~300km from Ukie border.

the other side is stronger and they have pulled more rope on their side, but they are getting tired and have already lost their momentum. Our side is holding on through technology and tactics, but is gaining momentum and may very well go on the counteroffensive soon. (Who thought that almost all of Kharkiv region will be liberated a couple of months ago?)

the war is over when peace is declared. If that happens and Russia has a beneficial gain compared to the start of the war, they can probably chalk it up as a win. How big a victory depending on how many of their tactical gains they've achieved. Ukraine has it harder, they can probably only chalk it up as a win if they regain all territories lost in the current conflict + something that compensates them for the loss of donbas + crimea. If they were to retake all the occupied territory it would be a total victory.
Before that time the only losers are the ones dead after the day and the victors those who stand. And we of course, who can watch whatever kino moments we want.
