you don't get it. there's 2 theories about it:
1) some scriptwriter gets an "idea" which is given to him by someone connected to the elites. elites have an idea of "karmic debt" or basically "guilt" - which forces them to give "hints" about their future actions to the plebs. their reasoning is that - "we warned the plebs, in X movie, so we don't get any guilt about it - they agreed it to themselves". they WANT to be stopped - but unfortunately, 99% of humans are too dumb (so the elites are actually right)
2) art is a result of signals noosephere, or from outer space. for other beings, time is not linear like for humans. these signals can be from the future or from the past. that's why some poetry can predict the future, because artists tended to be in a subjective state where they were able to receive such signals without thinking about them

it's a cool theory, but i think it's overoptimistic.
i don't know how old you are - but you probably noticed that people are incredibly dumb. the probability that someone watches a movie and thinks "yeah, i'm gonna create a teleporter or a time machine" are microscopical

Brad Pitt's character is indeed the person who wants to see through the idea to "wipe out humans who desecreate the planet". but, spoilers, he is just a clown. the person who spreads the virus is in the background, quiet, but in a position to be able to implement this idea.

I have some experience of that myself, so I tend to go for that theory. It's basically just the muse that "infects" the minds of creative people. It can also give two different people the same idea that they ultimately interpret differently.
That's not to say that predictive programming doesn't happen.

The best example that Any Forums is familiar with is "shadilay", although I hate the 2016 MAGA newfags that made it their anthem, but that's beside the point. the point is - artistic people can tap into the "noosphere". you need to semen retain though for that - that's important.
