Wilno was less than 0.5% lithuanian before 1939. It starting to become "filled" with them after 1939 and in 1945 Stalin annexed it to "Lithuanian SSR" within Soviet Union and made it a capital of SSR lithuanian from villages of central lithuania were transported there taking polish homes.
