Russia is also unable to access new oil/gas reserves on their own as it's Western (largely German) engineering is what's been drilling all of the more recent holes there and Russia itself doesn't have the tech necessary. So in few years you can remove the "lots of energy" from the list as well as the currently used reserves run out and/or existing Western machinery breaks down .
