I wouldn't have guessed this guy to be a Slav at all, he doesn't have the weird potato nose or the medicine-ball headshape nor the excessive facial flatness.

You're basing your image of slavs on a small subset of people who a heavely mixed with native finno-ugric people. But they are not even a majority in regions where they are sort of common.
