Not only did he get cold feet but tesla shares are crashing hard (41% down from Jan). Now both tesla and twitter are down. He ll be a moron if he goes ahead with 44 bil payment and will look like a clown if he keeps coming up with excuses. And then there are also a fresh sexual assault rumours on him which means if tesla is boycotted by libs, it's over. Tesla's p/e ratio is still very high meaning his sales are expected to go up exponentially which may not happen anymore.
