Theoretically if someone inherited 140 unincorporated acres, with 27 of it being self sustained farm land with the ability to feed about 12 people, and the rest of the land being cleared out forest with walking trails and open fields what steps would you take to make a town out of it full of based people.
My dream is to build a small European (German/Dutch) style city center, with a couple of residential buildings like pic related and a small store and a marketplace from onsite produce. I would plan to expand from there with strict architectural guidelines. Is something like this possible? I just want to build something beautiful, I have the funds to do it but would have to connect it to the water and electric system of the local town. Frankly I’m tired of souless American architecture and I want to build a place for based individuals to live together and build a white town. I would set up 3 residential buildings with a city square complete with cobble masonry and charge only enough to cover true cost of construction and offer good produce, milk and meat prices, and then use the additional money to slowly expand outwards until I have to pass the reigns onto someone else to continue the legacy.

idk ive been having the same idea just missing the 140 acres. You'd need some type of structure that could handle governance, but I'm not sure how to do that without getting fucked with by regulation unless you keep it super secret, which isnt a good long term solution.

>Is something like this possible? Sure, why not? Depends on the money you have. Building codes, zoning and bureaucrats will try to sabotage you, but with resources you can overcome it.
Why the thread though? Do you want advice? Feedback? Are you trying to find likeminded people?

If a poltard won the lotto..lets say $100 million dollars. What would be a good plan to set up a white nationalist community?
It’s on unincorporated land so I’m sure I could keep it lowkey, but it’s in Texas so I technically couldn’t form a government until it reaches a population of 5k which I won’t see in my lifetime. I just want to get the ball rolling. Even if it generates money from tourism I’ll be happy if I can expand year over year and create something beautiful
