I’ve met a few zoomies that were willing to listen to me, but of course this was at a boxing/bjj gym, so they were probably more right wing, I could also beat the fuck out of any of them so that was probably also a factor.
I’ve found personally that if you don’t just jump in the deep end on political topics and instead start from the beginning explaining the history of something before reaching your conclusion that it generally converts people better because they’ve been Pavloved into getting upset at certain topics.

as a post covid grad whos just finished hs. I literally cannot realate to anyone born in 2002 or before, despite being born in 2003 (however i can relate to ppl all the way down to 2006). This is where our generation should split
basically our entire culture changed in 2020 when the pandemic hit (because tiktok edxploded in popularity and we were all in lockdown). so if you were in high school during this, ayou went through the meme changes, the blm protests, the rise of communism and political activism, the lgbtq community and alt girls becoming a thing, among us rising, the elections, the dream smp etc
if you were 18 then you were basically an adult and it wasn't really a formative experience.
