Also the only houses worth buying are either VERY new build or pre-Edwardian (thats Victorian and before) because houses built in the late 40's to early 90's are often built with hideous materials.

to be honest there are comfy areas everywhere, in general tho id steer clear of cities, former industrial towns and deprived coastal towns and cities which havent managed to transition away from fishing, because they can all be a bit depressing

Northumberland, my home county. 0 cities, 0 job opportunities = 0 pakis. It was 98% white at the time of the last census and when the 2021 ethnic data is released I bet its still not below 95%. You'll be poor if you live there in your 20s though, guaranteed. I did until I was 23 and moved to Newcastle, which is still a poor shithole in the North East of England but its a city so compared to Northumberland its easier to be a wagie.
Also has the most castles of any county in England. Maybe some Scottish island filled with old cunts is comfier but its definitely the comfiest county in England and that's final.
