You do understand that the police force is being used to replace your self defense rights correct? Every single thing they do for the community can be done by morally obligated citizens if they didn't fear the judicial system after protecting themselves; it's been horribly corrupted. So instead they force you to pay for protection with hundreds of 60k+ a year cops that will come take away your guns and kill you if given the orders. People are so fucking blind to this it's insane. In this day an age, barely. The police are suppose to protect those who cannot protect themselves. But today the police has been turned into henchmen for the state and will barely lift a finger to protect civilians. My hometown no longer have any police, we had until 2010 I believe when they shut down the police station because it "cost too much money". All the police are now centralized in larger cities, if we need police for something it will take them upwards of 30-45 minutes to get here, and they will not be known by the public or know the public. So if some drunk pollack decides to break into old Gudrun's house she's done for.
Sure, they might catch criminals but that barely does anything, the crime is already done and the victims are already hurt.
