Demographic change is undeniable. One simply needs to look at the US census data and compare it to past censuses to see the change in the white population for objective proof, as well as comparing photographs of the population composition of American cities in the past to what they look like now. One can also compare the percentage of white people in pop culture works compared to now where every piece of media is required to be "diverse" or have a person of color in a lead role. The demographic change is an observable phenomena that can also be proven by statistics.

The possible tension point that makes it sound conspirational is when you start blaming the demographic change on a deliberate agenda or certain political actors seeking to replace the white populations in the US/Europe/etc (even if its true this argument makes it sound less palatable initially). It's better to focus on the objective facts and data describing demographic change before focusing on the Jewish/political ideology angle.

be brief. distill it into a few facts:
the US imports a hundred thousand non-whites per month (this is about the number who illegally cross the southern border each month, to say nothing of somalis and shit that are flown in). there are laws mandating non-whites get preferential treatment in hiring and school admission. they made segregation illegal, forcing whites to mix. watch any commercial break and blacks and interracial couples are hugely overrepresented.
ask if they disagree with any of the above, and if not, how does that not lead to the outcome--which we are seeing clearly in the data--of a sweeping demographic shift of whites becoming a smaller and smaller minority.

use the term 'erasure' and keep it focused on the negrofication of culture, the tearing down of statues, etc.

or talk about 'ethnic cleansing' rather than 'white flight'.

make people understand that niggers are basically just gold star citizens with extra rights who simultaneously feel like they have access to white people whenever they want. the ultimate in 'having your cake and eating it too,' that's niggers.

No one likes traffic either, and immigration increases traffic to absurd degrees since it's pretty hard to substantially upgrade existing infrastructure.

You can't. Even if you can convince them whites will become a minority they won't understand why that's a bad thing. They think they'll be living in the same country with future improvements and everyone is inconsequentially brown, rather than living in a state like Brazil or South Africa.
