The Italy/Greek (same thing) and French cultures are basically the only things good about Europe.
Everything else good about us is a variation on those 2/3.
But Napoleon was a selfish, competitive faggot like Hitler that failed to think long term and that's why their empires popped like financial bubbles. Their empires still lead to huge cultural changes though, so they became immortal through that.
