If the vaccines would be able to get transmission below 1 again,
I would make vaccination mandatory.
People need to feel some governmental strength, or degeneracy ensues.
The low-IQ populace never grew above their relationship with their parents,
so they need to be treated like kids, who need a firm hand.
I would not support any punitive actions against the idiots right now,
because the virus spread so much that vaccines just reduce total clotting risks,
but not transmission anymore, and most unvaccinated people got some immunity
