Yeah .... something powerful has been drawing me closer and closer to the temple mount for decades now. I made it pretty close to Israel a few times throughout my life but never quite made it. If there was only one thing I could do before dying it would be to visit Jerusalem and the temple mount. god and I have an interesting relationship for reasons I'm not allowed to disclose but to be closer to god just for a split second by being there in the presence of its history would be all the spiritual fulfillment I could ask for in a life of emptiness and meaninglessness.
I wish so badly I had made it in 2020 but then COVID happened and I had to return home. Then my family member with the closest ties to the country died from COVID a year later which really sucked because I told him I felt this deep need to go there and his eyes lit up and told me we'd go as soon as the pandemic ended if I managed to return to Europe. I will have to make it there on my now. Honestly if I could somehow make it to Europe, Lisbon even, I'd sacrifice what little physical health and lifeforce I have left to walk there if necessary.
