Usually they're extremely thin skinned. It's very easy to out them if you know what to look for and then just start being dismissive, poisoned "Banter" towards them and they'll lose their shit. All Cluster B's are raging narcissists and take any disagreement with them, or any slight, extremely personally.
Another way to piss them off is just start talking about Cluster B disorders and how they're pretty much "Shitty psycho asshole personalities" Cluster B's, especially BPDs think they're the most morally right, empathetic people on earth, so this will set them raging that they're just being unfairly stigmatised against and that they actually got diagnosed with "Too much empathy" (Yep Psychs rather work with literal fucking Schizos who think the trees are trying to murder them than BPDs because BPDs are TOO empathetic, this just shows their level of narcissistic delusion).

Cluster B disorders are just the combination of being attractive and low IQ, hence why mostly women have them. Psychopaths are generally low IQ as well mind you despite the memes of the highly successful machiavellian.
Imagine a dog with owners that don't enforce rules for it and succumb to its every beg and demand, and then one day that dog, unable to better communicate, bites to get something it wants. Does this dog have a cluster B disorder? No, it's just what happens when you utterly spoil something.

Someone who can see through what they're doing and call them on it, to their face, in front of the entire world AND THEN not wilt or falter during their inevitable emotional manipulation outburst after being called out.
This is because Cluster B's for the most part, don't want treatment. They're pathological liars and scammers. They'll usually just fuck the Therapist/Psychologists around until they get the prescription drugs they want to abuse recreationally. I've had several BPD housemates and none did their meds in anything that resembled medication, it was all done in overdose quantities to get high.
DBT does work in theory, but because Cluster B's are so self righteous and narcissistic, they rarely ever follow through with DBT treatment because they can't engage in the self-reflection necessary to engage in therapy.
Mental Health professionals fucking hate dealing with Cluster B's as well, because Cluster B's will often try form abusive co-dependent relationships with their support workers/therapists which they will then move to exploit and abuse. There is an extremely high rate of mental health professionals, from BPDs especially.

One of the big problems is that Cluster B's are very good at building a clique of yesmen around them. This is because their social chemeleons and extremely manipulative and gregarious to those they're manipulating.
This is why so often, you'll find yourself ostracised if you try call out BPD/NPD etc behaviour. Because you're being a "bully" or "Abusive" or "stigmatising mental health" for calling out their abusive, toxic behavior and all their idiot little trained seals play along.
Go read BPDlovedones and other BPD victim support groups. It's sadly the majority experience that victims of pwBPD are usually victim blamed for trying to get help for the abuse they're receiving.

Idk why you're acting like it's an achievement to piss them off, a big part of the reason these people are so shitty is they're pissed off all the time. BPDs are only children, women, and pretty boys. They are just spoiled people inherently unable to cope with a world that doesn't dote on them as someone once did and some people still do.
