I have quit both now and vaping is the worse of the two to quit as you don't need plausible cover, you can vape at will.
Also while smoking usually goes after your lungs and throat, vaping goes after your brain, its not the nicotine, as lozenges are perfect for that, its the flavoring and the chemicals that make it feel like you're smoking, it chokes your brain of oxygen, causing neuron death.
Stay away from vaping, get lozenges if you need a nic fix
