Its just too fucking expensive to live there anymore. I bought a house inland in central Florida and I commute a little over an hour in the morning and the evening. Not a bad drive, and the pay is worth it for the area, but if you plan on living anywhere near the coast, forget about it. Rent is like $2500 to $3000 for a house anywhere and you'll end up paying $1900 to $2300 for a one bedroom apartment, if its available, and that doesnt even guarantee you wont be around niggers.
