The Nuclear Threat Foundation, a shady organization founded in 2001 by the media mogul founder of CNN, Ted Turner, and former democrat senator Sam Nunn, now with Obama's Secretary of Energy Ernest Moniz (D) as a co-chair, has in November 2021 conducted a simulation exercise on a MONKEYPOX pandemic. So says the scenario: Developed in consultation with technical and policy experts, the exercise scenario portrayed a deadly, global pandemic involving an unusual strain of monkeypox virus that first emerges in the fictional country of Brinia and eventually spreads globally. Later in the exercise, the scenario reveals that the initial outbreak was caused by a terrorist attack on May 15th 2022 using a pathogen engineered in a laboratory with inadequate biosafety and biosecurity provisions and weak oversight. The exercise scenario concludes in December 2023 with more than three billion cases and 270 million fatalities globally.
The NTI is funded among many others by the Gates Foundation and the governments of Canada, the Netherlands, Norway, and Sweden.
The NTI's partner in the exercise was the Munich Security Conference, an organization founded in 1963 by the peculiar character of Ewald-Heinrich Hermann Konrad Oskar Ulrich Wolf Alfred von Kleist-Schmenzin (here pictured with his friend whom you recognize). Von Kleist, a Pomeranian-Prussian Noble, was an officer of the Wehrmacht during WWII, and a TRAITOR nonetheless, he was designated to kill Hitler in a suicide attack and was the last surviving member of the 20 July 1944 plot to assassinate Hitler. After the war he went on to found a juristic, military, and scientific publishing house. In recognition of his services to strengthening transatlantic ties, Von Kleist was awarded the US Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service in 1991. When he retired from his role at the Munich conference in 1998, eight NATO Defence ministers attended the event to salute him. The Munich Security Conference is now chaired by diplomat Wolfgang Ischinger, another peculiar character with a very long career. He has been described as "Germany's best-connected former diplomat", and seems to be Germany's biggest American agent.
