The map is innacurate, around here is about 30%. The government even gives free milk in the morning at schools.

Slightly more expensive milk that is lactose free at the store, and maybe not being able to handle a friend's dinner or dessert when offered. Basedmilk and Coconut milk suck when cooking with it, there's relatively cheap lactose free actual milk out there. So no political implications out there really, outside all these food processing plants burning down all of a sudden/

Yeah, lactose tolerance dims with age (I believe it's also in human breastmilk). I didn't figure it out until my teens, when I drank a full glass of milk on an empty stomach after staying at a friend's house. Cramps and shits. But I can handle a pizza with cheese. I'm guessing there's levels to it. But I do turn down dairy products all the time, 'no I don't want extra sour cream and cheese on the burrito'. But a pizza, or a small cheese stick, I'm fine, at least not shitting myself. It's not that you can't digest some still in adulthood, just got to know your limits.
