you're right. but nothing can be done since it's not a democracy and only the few make all the decisions. things could change if the US and it's allies shifted their middle east policy. that's why I hope more anti-israeli American politicians are elected. And I hope they influence America's policies in the middle east. because if israel is going to get fucked, they too will get fucked (Saudi, Egypt, Bahrain, UAE). our rulers have always depended on British or later on American support to survive and thrive. so that kind of change in America will definitely change the middle east for the better. That's why I hope Americans elect Bernie Sanders or that progressive latina politician AOC.
Sadly Britain and America never changed their core allies in the middle east in the past 100 years. But it looks like the attitudes of the American populace towards israel are changing even if they're changing slowly. so maybe there is hope
