Listen here you brainless worm. You seem to have an attention spam of a goldfish.May i remind you that just few months ago Belarussian state (Likely encouraged by Russia) was attempting to send hordes of Afghan migrants on Baltic States and Poland?Remember that little episode or have you forgotten?Do you think that those migrants that the Russian side tried to flood eastern part of the continent with including my own country would've stayed? No.They would go to Germany. If Baltic countries and Poland didn't defend their borders from hordes of barbarians you would enjoy another dose of diversity. When our countries prevented this, they didn't defend only themselves, they defended whole of Europe including Germany.Yet now someone like you keeps sucking on Russian cock like a useful idiot that you are.
Another thing.Your accusation of my ''personal fears of Russia'' are wrong.Russian state is in no position to invade Baltic countries.I care for Ukrainians because i care for European peoples.I feel bad for Ukrainians being slaughtered same way i felt bad for the Germans when sandniggers sexualy assulted multiple women in Cologne new years Eve or in America when murderous nigger drove in a crowd of whites in Waukesha. You know why?Because unlike you i have convictions.Because i mean the things that i say.The whole ''PAX EUROPA'' thing i actualy believe these it.You on the other hand seem like someone who has no convictions and are in it for the buzz, to get your little dopomine surge from spewing out politically inccorrect opinnions that you don't actualy believe in because at the end of the day it's your only source of fulfilment in your dark, pathetic and sad life.

8000+ here. Pleb. :p Get all cooled off after the rain ? >Yeah the Latvian just had to ruin it. But he *did* bake a new thread, even if it died. Effort counts.

>Rough outline is possible And from the conceptual model you move to the more detailed, quantitative ones. The increasing digitization of everything allows one to better understand, predict, and plan. Kind of enabling a "digital twin" of essential aspects of society and the environment. And the more you streamline affairs (i.e. reducing variety), the better can you steer it. That's the reasoning behind globohomo. Individual groups and societies perhaps become more disorderly, but they're the same kind of disorderly everywhere and easier to deal with. A bunch of ten (or whatever) essential conceptual models they follow, that's it. The rest is (sophisticated) program/project management. >no clear chain of events anymore. Is that even necessary? Let the events happen when they occur and respond with prepared measures. Give them context to select the right response. >Too many trigger conditions happening simultaneously. See above, it's just a huge scenario/decision tree.
I won't overestimate what that can accomplish (planning illusion, wishful thinking), but we shouldn't underestimate it either. Complexity management adds a lot of redundancy, buffers, and loose coupling to get its essential goals through despite a lot of surprises. And they have better data and means of intervention. They're not perfect, but they don't have to be.
