Mobilized. Used like four times the number of troops. Launch a proper bombing campaign with all their air force on day 1. Focus on kiev to regime change zelensky go after other cities later. Grab lukashenko by the balls and make sure he obeys and joins with his forces before the war starts. Use the teritory of Western belarus to launch an offensive southwards into Galicia to cut off supplies from the west. Declare a no fly zone to prevent supplies coming by air.
