On top of that - I see a LOT of americans buying God knows what "food" from the local supermarket and it's usually the worst of the worst, it's beyond me how people can consume that and call it a day.

So, tell me Any Forumstards, what should I do eat, how often and what is your regular diet for staying healthy and unpoisoned by the jewdified "food"

1. Make all your own sauces and make them from the pan you cooked your food in it's always best sauce
