>What is an Administrative State and Law? An Administrative State is effectively a pseudo-government inside EVERY Federal agency (Executive branch) that claims it has Legislative and Judicial powers. These agencies routinely change and alter the law as they see fit (Legislative branch powers, see: ATF) and then instead of filing it in Federal courts as they should, they "deal with it internally" with an Administrative Law Judge, which is an unelected bureaucrat that acts as an unofficial Judge. "Administrative Law" is the usurping of Legislative powers; they are the "laws" of the Federal agency. If you think this ALJ's judgement is wrong and you "file an appeal", you go right back to the same ALJ that issued the penalty in the first place. Administrative States act as the lawmakers, police, and judges with zero oversight, Congressional input, and no civilian redress. >What does this Fifth Circuit ruling mean? The Fifth Circuit essentially just killed Administrative Law within the Fifth Circuit jurisdiction. They determined that Congress unconstitutionally granted them Legislative powers that only Congress is constitutionally granted (usurping Congress's legislature powers), and that by not going through the Federal courts and instead using an ALJ (usurping the Judicial branch and using its power), they violate civilians' 7th Amendment Right to a jury trial. >So what's next? The SEC has just been de-fanged within the Fifth District states. The SEC can seek a certiorari with SCOTUS. If SCOTUS upholds the Fifth Circuit ruling, it causes a major system shock to the entire Federal government, and could very well "turn back time" to before FDR. Any person in any of the other districts or even other States can file a lawsuit against the Federal government or any of its Administrative State agencies and use this ruling as precedent.
this is good news keep posting, I see these in the catalog all day not getting traction
Jacob Rivera
they're getting slid out of the catalog yeah should've posted interracial coomerbait
Kevin Garcia
>Fifth District Ruling on AS & AL Why do faggots keep posting this shit (which seems important) but not even have enough brainmeat to translate it into comonfolk logic? You must understand that the lack of readability is how this shit was foisted upon us and held power for umpteen kajillion years. The lack of translational vector matching is essentially saying that you either don't know what you're saying, or you yourself are trying to pull one or more fast ones on jolly-old me, and others. Straighten this shit out, mui prompto, as the market opens in 3 hours, and I may be sober by then.
>christ this board is irredeemable You are a cunt. Work on your thread quality before shitting same up.
Happenings are important, and usless drama too! :D
That's how happenings happen best, while they are happening!

add a tl;dr even maybe one for each paragraph? I mean it's quite long and technical...

TLDR : all 3 letter administrations (SEC, ATF, CDC...etc etc) enforcing shit through administrative law are deemed unconstitutional by this ruling in the 5th district, that is Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi. Basically the SEC can't just fine you anymore and they can only bring you to a court they don't control with real judges and juries

>should've posted interracial coomerbait That reminds me. I desparately need to rotate my jack-off towels. My dog can only keep the crust down to a dull roar, but eventually, rot is going to take hold.
This is a good time to introduce Borax as a very good laundry cleaning improover stuff. It's really good. Fucks up mildew, cumrot, and even hard water problems with ease. All my military undershirts (that haven't rotted off of my body) have a godawful odor of rotting flesh grease and skin cells. The only thing I've found that knocks down that butyrate odor is Borax. I use 20 Mule Team Borax. Thanks for asking.
>You are a cunt. nice bants mutt, you gotta put these frogs in their place.

Once again foreigners are more hyped about a potential huge win for the constitution. Fuck Americans
Carson Rivera
>(SEC, ATF, CDC...etc etc) Does that mean my shoestrings can't be considered machineguns and I can build a suppressor out of whatever I find lying around, as nature intended? I mean. I'm deaf as shit, and mostly because the government is a dick about hearing loss.
Justin Bailey
fuck you

I don't know, it seems like a pretty good writeup to me Better than the last few The only real mistake here is the Ron Paul image which is so overused that nobody pays attention to it anymore I can read that writeup and understand it whilst drunk you should be able to pull it off
>mutt, you gotta put these frogs in their place. Niggerdick... My grandparents are from Germany. I asked, and was told I'm not a nazi... actually, I didn't ask that. I asked If I was a jew, and the answer was an astonished laugh and "no, we're not jews".
Also, I have an instinctual dislike for France, but the only time I ate german food in germany, I liked everything but the sausages. Most depressing time of me loif.
>I can read that writeup and understand it whilst drunk >you should be able to pull it off Dude, I mean... I'm 3 bottles of wine into the night right now, shot a racoon, it's morning now. And spinning a katana (or bo staff) is simple and fun. Everyone should try that.

I kind of hope it does go to the supreme court to create a national ruling. Anyway the ATF intends on coercing police to do thier bidding soon. I assume for WHO gun grabs
Kayden Wright
A virtual legal system within an analogue framework bro.
>Anyway the ATF intends on coercing police to do thier bidding soon. I assume for WHO gun grabs They better do that shit nice and easy. Sloooow, like first time buttsex. I mean, like seriously. Because if someone comes to my house and says it's time to forfeit that shit, I'm saying "No, thank you."
