You're probably going to have some legal trouble if it had anything to do with Brenton Tarrant, especially if it was in /nsg/ (he mentions this in the discord logs). If you're a burger that is. ESPECIALLY if you shared the video.

This would make you essentially an accessory to a domestic terror plot.

The legal basis would be that you incited him, and then acted to further the plot by spreading the video. People have been locked up on less. Think robbers whose partner accidentally kills the victim and then they both go down for murder.

Some of you are very fucked indeed. Glad I was afk for most of his time here.

wonder if tarrant ever posted in aus/pol/
know he used to make those ebba threads in 2017

Did you mean to samefag?
Whatever, people are responsible for their own actions, if a man strangles a kitten because I called him a retard then HE is responsible for doing so. I am free of blame because im not a retard who would strangle a kitten because someone pissed me off.
Free speech faggot, go to the isles if you want to go down for possibly maybe have looked at him once.

I'm worried one of my shitposts pushed him over the edge. And I don't even really believe half of what I post . I do it for the lulz

t. zero knowledge of the law

There are black criminals doing life right now because they drove their friends to a robbery and someone died. 13 people died here and the administration is eager to make examples of some right wing radicals.

You may not be morally responsible, but if you meet the ualities I described here you might wanna get a lawyer I'm thinking.

Thank fucking God I was never a wignat or fedposted.

yeah you both probably watched this several times too nigger whats your point

I personally radicalized him and i'll do it again.

What did you say?

The law is what judges say is the law. You think it protects domestic enemies (which is what the establishment thinks you are)? Buddy you are in for a shock.

Criminal law is whatever a prosecutor can convince a judge and jury of.

I feel like my words only have power here and they manifest by influencing people.

wtf the NY AG just flew over my house

I mostly just lurk, rarely post. This kid was so retarded to fall for the memes though.

I have no guilt on my conscience because I denounce faggots like him. I even had a post a few days prior to the attack talking about spree killers being the ultimate NPCs and that they do more harm to their cause than good.

Lol that's not how the law works. There has to be a material connection between between the words and the crime. Everything has to be specific to the time, place, and circumstances of the crime. A connection which would be nearly impossible to prove in court without direct communication between the two. If I say out loud "you know what, I hate xyz because they zyx!" and some one else overhears it and says to themselves "you know what, I hate xyz too , time to go kill them" the first person is not responsible for the actions second.

didn't read any of mine. i would have convinced him to do something fucking smarter and more effective. and, crucially, legal.

>/nsg/
Never heard of nsg. Is that r/nsg on reddit?

You don’t understand how conspiracy works.

National Socialist General, aka fedpost central. He mentions is a couple times in the discord logs and that's probably how he found out about Terrant.

James Fields. Do I need to say more?
A dude is doing life because he got scared and crashed his car, all because he's a neo-nazi. The court does not protect you. Those rules you're thinking of are for normies, not legitimate threats to the state.

how does someone read through what's said on this website and decide to shoot up a fucking supermarket out of all the places (and people)?

if kikes want to shut this place down they could JUST do it instead of trying to come up with the dumbest fucking excuses for doing so all the time (see small/monkeypox, covid)

>criminals are in jail for participating in a crime
That is so far from being apropos.

I’d just like to give the Reddit gold to a Greek user who told him he won’t do shit.

>James Fields. Do I need to say more?

>and was sentenced to life in prison plus an additional 419 years in July 2019
And you think technical nuances of law will protect you fucking kek.

By that logic, pretty much anyone that’s ever shitposted here in the last two years could be held culpable and that’s way too many people for them to actually bother going after.. Worst case scenario we get put on lists, and spoiler alert, we’re all already on those.

Incitement is a crime believe it or not. I'm willing to bet a federal prosecutor can convince a judge and jury that fedposting about Terrant fits the bill, especially if you then followed through with Payton's direction to spread the video.

>doing life because he got scared and crashed his car, all because he's a neo-nazi.
>What is a judge denying your legal representation and being forced to take a confirmed antifa faggot as counsel
