Is there a way to tell how many of them were actually suicide? I imagine quite a few of them were because it's pretty well known how lethal opiates are.

Well nobody thinks they’re doing fentanyl. Fake pills are made with it because real oxycodone is so controlled, and because this is being done in basements by niggers with no standards or oversight we have the occasional pill getting an extra sprinkling. Fentanyl is 50x stronger than heroin and is normally dosed in micrograms, not milligrams, when used in a medical setting. So whatever dose of fentanyl is being used for a fake Perc 30, if the guy pressing the pills accidentally gets one extra grain in there, it could make it the equivalent of 300mg oxy rather than 30.

Absolutely. We “lost Afghanistan” cause chinese fentanyl made heroin obsolete. Heard here on Any Forums that there hasn’t been real heroin in the US since. Pharma has the monopoly on real pills, which are basically a luxury item cause the fent is so cheap
