How do you go about making "opt-out" laws? Tell it like it is, the fact that every state and county in the country demands taxes is fucked up, it is slavery. There should be at least ONE place where they do not collect taxes. The fact that there isn't tells me that there should be an opt-out law where you can choose to not have to pay taxes in exchange for giving up social services OR having to pay a steep fee if you do call upon, say, the police for help.
