My friend is hispanic but looks very white and has lived a couple years in Nagoya, they treat him extremely well. He was a 32 year old virgin when he moved there but within a week had girls trying to ask him if he was single lol. Very respectful culture but some aspects are kinda racist (they move away from him on the train, some places don't allow foreigners, hes had a very hard time trying to find a different apartment)

Based from what I've watched from Filipinos living in japan, they have been okay. One thing that makes it easier to live there is that they have asian appearance. But once they tell that they're filipinos, majority of the answers are like "Oooohhh." And it sounds like they dont care at all. Still Filipinos are being discriminated there in some ways. Nonetheless, they live okay

We use to have 8 or 9 subjects to study when we were 7 years old the kids in the uk only study 3 subjects
