Seeing this name thrown around a lot lately and he seems like a controversial figure. On one hand, its claimed he murdered Poles but when you read about it he was imprisoned during the massacre so he obviously didn't have anything to do with it.
Russians hate him because hes a nationalist, Poles hate him because of the massacre, Ukrainians seem to like him but i don't really see what connection he has with Ukraine, and I've never heard of him until the war.
Redpill me on Bandera

>makes poles seethe
he's extremely based.
yeah starting to think so too. what do germans think about him?
not entirely sure, he was a collaborator and then got locked up by germans but released by germans to fight bolsheviks. He was apparently too extreme for the germans.
>he's a nationalist
wanted to support the fight against bolsheviks. when it was time for them to go to the front they decided to larp as an independent state and started partisan attacks against soviets and 3rd reich. In the end they only killed ukrainians and hindered the fight against the russians on the eastern front.
the italians had a bigger impact on the eastern front than those guys
?? He was, nobody disputes that. He was the leader of the Ukrainian nationalist movement.
Bandera means concrete pole in Serbian
Glad to be of assistance
He was imprisoned by the Nazis but Azog shills don’t want you to know that part
>started partisan attacks against soviets and 3rd reich
based nationalist.
So he actually wound up fighting against the Germans? Did he have any ties to SS Galicia?
I don't think anyone here has ever heard of him
He was a subhuman who was thrown in a concentration camp by Germans then released a few years later when they needed a useful idiot
He was a Ukrainian nationalist not a German nationalist. Typically they have their own agendas, it doesn't particularly surprise me. Thats why im asking.
I really dont understand russian humor, it just seems bitter and angsty.
nazi bootlicker who thought he'd be spared if he sucked enough cock. hated poles, hated jews, hated russians, but loved german spooge.
really? ive seen pics of his grave which is apparently in Munich.
He massacred Poles and Russians and Jews and Germans.
yes absolutely based. throwing your country into a 100 year long dark age under bolshevik order and now being the eternal satanic meatgrinder for a proxy war.
BASED!
I see no evidence that connects Bandera to the massacre other than russians and poles on Any Forums claiming so. He was in prison for over a year when it happened and wasn't even in charge of the organisation at the time. Seems like russians and poles made that up for some reason.
He probably massacred Jews though kek don't know about Germans
to be honest it didn't really make much of a difference. but I do agree, sometimes the bigger picture is more important. Why was he imprisoned by the Germans in the first place?
>There are people retarded enough to believe that he actually killed russians and jews
I dont know thats why im asking
>didn't make a difference
yea. not even trying to stop the bolsheviks will lead to no difference at all.
Thats why ukros are seen as niggers and bolshevik collaborators in my eyes. Karma is striking back now
Poland's future national hero, taking into account current demographic trends.
Can't wait Russia to turn this country into a parking lot.
You didnt even try to answer the question, just fuck off there are about 500 fucking threads to talk about your gay war. Im not interested.
IDK man, OUN-B didnt seem very popular in Ukraine from everything i've read. they just made the most noise and somehow wound up with Bandera as a kind of national hero. I think maybe its because Ukraine lacked some kind of foundational story, evne the Americans have the founding fathers for example. Dunno just thinking out loud
Would be nice to hear objective answers from a Pole, Russian, and Ukrainian. Got a nice answer from a German already (much appreciated).

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you meant that as a joke.
