What are the tangible benefits that Finns bring into NATO, considering all the liabilities & risks we've to shoulder if they are taken in?
What are the tangible benefits that Finns bring into NATO...
>strong air force
>strong ground forces
>total control over the baltic sea
>protection to Norway and the Baltics
>strong air force
>strong ground forces
rather relative when compared to other European mercenary armies, not much when weighing in against Russian arsenal.
> total control over the baltic sea
>protection to Norway and the Baltics
How do you nullify existence of Kaliningrad & Russian Baltic submarine lfeets?
The Finns are very much like the Swiss, but without the mountains. They are very much like the Swiss in that they have a lot of money, and are extremely organized and disciplined. They are also very much like the Swiss in that they have a lot of guns.
>How do you nullify existence of Russian Baltic submarine lfeets?
By blocking the entire Gulf of Finland with mines, just like in ww2
>rather relative when compared to other European mercenary armies
As much MBTs and tracked IFVs as Italy for example
makes the russians seethe. that's good enough for me
A massive land border with Russia.
> By blocking the entire Gulf of Finland with mines
and why wouldn't Russian be able to remove/defuse them?
> As much MBTs and tracked IFVs as Italy for example
You're a conscript army while we've a peace time mercenary army.
And compared to Russia, how are these going to help considering their missiles arsenals & other capabilities?
Given past performance in wars I am taking Finns over Italians anytime. There is nothing quite as self-destructive as going into war with Italians as allies. Trust me.
>and why wouldn't Russian be able to remove/defuse them?
Because they need surface ships to do that, which can easily be sunken by AShMs
>You're a conscript army while we've a peace time mercenary army.
Why have an army for peace time?
>And compared to Russia, how are these going to help considering their missiles arsenals & other capabilities?
Concidering Russias performance in Ukraine, they'll help a lot.
The Finnish military is very professional, disciplined, and effective. I don't see any downside to this alliance.
Oh and by the way, in a NATO v Russia situation Poland and Germany will steamroll over Kaliningrad
They're also very much like the Swiss that if they're attacked outside office hours, NATO will have to wait
Can we really afford not to?
>Weaponized autism
>fugg memes
> will beat NATO soldiers with a birk branch in a warm room
We need this
Don't they have that famous sniper, Husker Dü?
We could win Italy in a fight.
So, why not. What italy brings to NATO? Corruption.
>all the liabilities & risks we've to shoulder
Euros don't shoulder SHIT in NATO
Isn't it obvious to you?
Have you ever looked at a map?
finnish women love bbc
>We could win Italy in a fight.
This is the Weaponized autism I was talking about
> Because they need surface ships to do that, which can easily be sunken by AShMs
You honestly expect that Russia cannot guard its navy vassals at all? lmao
> Why have an army for peace time?
Some enforcement force has to exist.
> Concidering Russias performance in Ukraine, they'll help a lot.
> if war is not over in two weeks, it's a failure
Christ you Binns.
Rather questionable, especially now.
> We could win Italy in a fight.
How would you pull that off? lmao
