soviet POWs were worked to death and starved to death, so were most concentration camps civilian victims. the easiest way to kill humans is by hunger and thirst while making them work to compensate for the already puny expenses. concentration camps and death camps were primarily work camps. they could kill 100 million easily that way, and with huge profits.
